CHICKEN - VEGETABLE LOAF | |
1 beaten egg 3 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs 2 tbsp. milk 1 big carrot, shredded (3/4 c.) 2 tbsp. thin sliced green onion 1/8 tsp. pepper 6 3/4 oz. can chunk chicken, undrained and flaked 2 tbsp. slivered almonds, toasted In 16 ounce casserole dish, mix the first 6 ingredients. Add chicken. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Sprinkle with nuts. |
