BROWNIE DROP COOKIES 
8 (1 oz. ea.) sq. sweet baking chocolate
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond flavoring
powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Melt squares, chocolate chips and butter; keep warm. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, a little at a time, until lemon colored. Takes about 5 minutes. Add to chocolate.

Combine dry ingredients. Stir into the chocolate mixture. Add flavoring. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool, if desired.

Makes 5 dozen.
