CHOCOLATE ECLAIR DESSERT 
Graham crackers
2 boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can chocolate frosting

Line a 9"x13" glass dish with graham crackers. Mix 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding with 3 cups milk for about 1 minute. Fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip. Spread over the graham crackers. Put another layer of graham crackers on top. Spread 1 can softened chocolate frosting on top. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
