1/2 c. sugar, white
3/4 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Nuts, as desired

Mix together and bake in a 9x13 pan for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with 24 large marshmallows, cut up. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Top with chocolate frosting.
