1 lg. apple
1 c. sugar
1 egg white, beaten stiff

Pour sugar over grated apple and mix with fork. Put beaten egg white over apple mixture and beat 15 to 20 minutes. Good on spice or applesauce cakes. Frosts 2 layer cake.
