NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. pork (cut in sm. squares) or 3 lb. hamburger
2 bunches celery
3 lg. sweet onions
1 lb. wide noodles
2 cans tomato soup
1 lg. can mushrooms (stems and pieces)

Brown meat in skillet. Fry cut celery and onions in 1/4 pound butter (oleo) until transparent. Boil noodles in salt water until almost done. Now mix meat, celery, and onions and drained noodles with tomato soup. Add mushrooms with above. Add enough soy sauce to suit taste. Add a little salt and pepper, too. Put in roaster and bake about 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Serves 10-12.
