3 eggs
2 7/8 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chopped or sliced apples
1 c. nuts

Mix eggs and sugar. Add flour, oil, and spices and vanilla. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1/4 c. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. butter

Mix together and put on baked cake.
