CHEESE TARTS 
18 vanilla wafers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. sugar
1 can pie filling (crushed pineapple, cherry & blueberry)

Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla for 5 minutes. Place vanilla wafers inside cupcake liners. Spoon mixture into each vanilla wafer cup. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes. Add pie filling of your choice and refrigerate.
