BAKED FISH SURPRISE | |
2 lbs. fish fillets 1/2 c. French dressing 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1. Thaw fish if frozen; cut into serving size pieces, place in baking dish. 2. Combine dressing, lemon juice and salt in small bowl. Pour sauce over fish and let stand for 30 minutes, turning once. 3. Remove fish from sauce and place in a greased 8"x12" baking dish. 4. Crush onions on sheet of waxed paper. Add cheese; using fork. Mix before sprinkling over fish. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily. 6 to 8 servings. |
