CREOLE STEAK STRIPS 
1 1/2 lbs. boneless round steak
Salt
Pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Carrot curls

Cut steak in strips of 1/2 x 2 inches. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in crock pot with onion, celery, juice, Worcestershire and garlic. Cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours. Turn to high and add peppers and mushrooms. Cover and cook 30 minutes more. Garnish with carrot curls. Serve over rice.
