CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1/3 c. Crisco
1 c. self-rising flour
4 lg. eggs

Bring water and Crisco to a boil. Add flour, lower heat to medium and stir until thick and pulls away from spoon. Remove from heat and beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Beat 2 to 3 minutes for each egg. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 450 degrees for 20 minute, reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake 20 minutes longer. Cool and fill with cooked vanilla pudding and top with chocolate icing.
