MARINATED CAESAR-STYLE POTATO
SALAD
 
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

SALAD:

4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
6 slices crisply cooked crumbled bacon
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. chopped green onions including tops
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

Combine all dressing ingredients and shake well. In large bowl combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss lightly. Refrigerate to blend flavors for a few hours.
