HOT POTATO SALAD 
8-12 potatoes, cut up & cooked (no salt)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cut-up onion
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled

Mix above ingredients.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. chopped olives (salad olives)
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked & crumbled

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
