CHICKEN POT PIE 
3 to 4 chicken breasts
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lg. can mixed vegetables

CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 stick butter
1 c. milk

Boil chicken breasts, let cool and pull off bones. Layer in a greased baking dish. Combine next 4 ingredients and pour over chicken. Combine crust ingredients (don't melt butter, chunk it) and pour over chicken and vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
