LEMON ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. pure lemon
Yellow color
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. half & half
Milk, 3/4 full

6 QUARTS:

6 eggs
3 3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. pure lemon
Yellow color
3/4 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c half & half
Milk, 3/4 full

8 QUARTS:

8 eggs
5 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. pure lemon
1 tsp. salt
6 c. half & half
Yellow color
Milk, 3/4 full

Mix and put in ice cream freezer per its' directions.
