HAWAIIAN FRUIT RING 
1 c. diced orange sections
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1 c. water
1 pkg. (6 oz.) orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
3 tbsp. chopped cherries
1 c. drained pineapple tidbits

Combine orange sections and sugar and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain and add water to make 1 cup. Dissolve Jello in hot water, add orange juice, water and orange rind. Chill until slightly thickened and fold in fruit. Chill until firm. Cut in squares and serve.
