TUNA CASSEROLE 
6 1/2 oz. can tuna
3 c. boiled elbow macaroni
1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Bread crumbs (optional)

Mix mashed tuna, macaroni, butter, cheese, soups and onion in casserole dish. Add milk, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until liquid is gone.
