SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
8 seafood legs, crumbled
1 lb. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
4 oz. can sliced mushroomsc. cheese sauce
1 lg. tomato, sliced
1 c. fried onion rings

Layer first three ingredients in 2-quart baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over it. Garnish with tomato and onion rings. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

CHEESE SAUCE FOR SEAFOOD CASSEROLE
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Melt butter. Add flour and spices. Slowly add milk. Stir in cheese until melted. Pour over casserole.
