3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 block butter
4 tart apples, chopped finely
Cool Whip
Pecans, chopped

Mix together sugar, flour and pineapple; cook until thickened. Add butter. Let cool. Peel apples, chop finely. Fold in cooled pineapple mixture. Put in bowl and top with Cool Whip and chopped pecans.
