HAM AND EGG BREAKFAST 
16 slices white bread
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese (grated)
1/2 lb. other cheese (grated), I use Monterey or Swiss
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 lb. ham (sliced, slivered or cubed)

CORN FLAKE TOPPING:

3 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together.

Remove crust from bread, then cut in small cubes. Place 1/2 of the cubes in a greased 9x13 pan. Evenly spread layer of ham, then a layer of the Cheddar cheese, and next a layer of the other cheese. Place remaining 1/2 bread cubes over these layers.

Beat milk, eggs, onion salt and dry mustard together until well mixed. Evenly pour mixture over the layers. Place in refrigerator overnight. In morning place corn flake topping over mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Real handy when you have company.
