SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can white tuna (water packed)
1 c. canned shrimp
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. sliced green onion
1 tbsp. capers
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Cucumber slices
Paprika

Sprinkle tuna and shrimp with lemon juice. Add eggs, celery, green onion, capers, mayonnaise and salt and pepper. Chill. Serve in lettuce cups. Decorate with cucumber slices and paprika. 4-5 servings.
