Place wire window screen in oven on racks. Slice peaches or apples thin and place on screens. Turn on oven to 170 degrees and let fruit dry for approximately 8 hours. Turn off oven and leave fruit in it overnight. Pack dry fruit in bags and freeze or leave in cool place.
