SEAFOOD SALAD 
1 lb. sea legs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. frozen peas (cooked)
1 c. celery (coarsely chopped)
1/2 c. carrot (finely chopped)
1/2 c. red onion (finely chopped)
Reg. or cherry tomatoes to garnish

Cook peas (firm); set aside and chill. Mix remaining ingredients adding peas last. Garnish with lettuce and tomato. Serves 4-6.

Variation: Add above to 1 pound cooked macaroni (increase mayonnaise by 1/2 cup).
