SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
2 lb. hamburg
1 sm. onion, diced fine
1 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt & pepper
3/4 c. water

Combine ingredients and shape into meatballs. Dissolve 3 beef bouillon cubes in 1 cup very hot water. Lightly brown meatballs. Remove meatballs from pan and place in a casserole dish.

Stir 3 tablespoons of flour into fat in pan. Add and stir water with dissolved bouillon into pan until thick. Add 3/4 cup milk to cooked gravy. Cover the meatballs in the casserole with gravy. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
