1 c. instant nonfat milk
1/3 c. boiling water
3 tbsp. melted butter
2/3 c. sugar
Pinch of salt

Put in blender and process until smooth. This is just like "Eagle Brand" condensed milk. Makes about the same as the purchased, and can be used in any recipe calling for sweetened condensed milk, and costs just a fraction of what it costs in the store. Keeps several weeks in the refrigerator.
