LUSH CAKE 
STEP I:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and pat like pie crust into a 9x9 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool.

STEP II:

Beat 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 1/2 cup Cool Whip. Pour over cooled crust.

STEP III:

Mix 2 small packages instant pudding (any flavor) with 3 cups milk. Beat 2 minutes. Pour over cream cheese mixture.

STEP IV:

Top with Cool Whip and nuts. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
