EASY CHICKEN POT PIE 
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 med. onion, chopped
4 boiled eggs, chopped
2 cans mixed vegetables (drained)
2 cans cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chicken broth

CRUST:

1 c. milk
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix chicken, onion and eggs. Layer mixture in large casserole dish. Mix soup, broth and vegetables. Pour over chicken mixture. Mix flour, milk, and mayonnaise. Spread even over soup mixture for the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
