SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS | |
2 lbs. ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasonings 1 sm. can diced chiles 1 1/2 lbs. Jack cheese (shredded) 4 cans cream of chicken soup 2 (16 oz.) containers sour cream 2 doz. tortillas Brown meat and drain. Add taco seasonings (no water). Put 1/2 can of chiles in meat. Put meat and some cheese in tortilla and roll up. Place in dish. |
