CORN CHOWDER 
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. cubed potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour

Cook onion and butter until tender. Drain corn; save juice. Add corn juice and potatoes to onion mixture. Cook until tender. Add corn, salt and pepper; stir 1/4 cup milk with the flour. Stir until smooth. Add rest of milk to corn; stir in flour mixture. Stir while it is cooking to keep from sticking. Let it cook until it thickens, about 5 minutes.
