3/4 c. white sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix these ingredients together and pour into an 8"x8" pan. Then mix: 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. cocoa 1 c. boiling water

Pour over the batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
