MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. tortilla chips 1 chicken, cooked 1 can Del Monte Mexican tomatoes 2 cans green chili peppers 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 tsp. taco season powder 1 medium onion, chopped 1 medium green pepper, chopped 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese Mix in bowl the tomatoes, chili peppers, both soups and taco season powder; set aside. Put chips in bottom of dish; put chicken on top of chips. Spread mixture on top of chicken. Sprinkle onion and green pepper on top of that. Put cheese on top of onions and peppers. Bake at 350°F until bubbly. |
