HAM - CHEESE - BROCCOLI STRATA 
12 slices white bread
3/4 - 1 lb. sliced or grated cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
6 eggs, beaten slightly
2 - 3 c. diced cooked ham
3 - 3 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard, optional
Shredded cheese

Cut 12 doughnuts from bread with donut cutter. Fit holes and other remaining scraps of bread into buttered 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Layer with cheese, then broccoli, then ham. Arrange doughnut shapes of bread on top. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top. Be sure to cover all bread. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

Bake uncovered 55 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass pan). Top with shredded cheese 5 minutes before end of baking time. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6 to 10. You may increase broccoli to two 10 ounce packages and use 13 x 10 inch pan.
