FITZ'S CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lb. chicken wings, cut at joints with tips discarded

SAUCE:

3 cups barbecue sauce (your choice)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. yellow mustard

OPTIONAL SAUCE VARIATIONS:

1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. hot sauce

Separate wing tips from chicken. Cut into 2 pieces, if desired. Put wings into a 13x9-inch baking dish or place on a cookie sheet with edges.

In a small saucepan mix all remaining ingredients until coming to a boil. Pour over chicken wings.

Bake at 325°F for 2 hours, turning every 30 minutes.
