SNOW PEAK FROSTING 
1 1/4 c. white corn syrup
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat syrup to boiling in saucepan. Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry. Slowly pour syrup over beaten egg whites, continuing to beat until frosting is fluffy and hangs in peaks. Fold in vanilla. Frost two 8 or 9 inch layers.
