WHITE FUDGE 
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 heaping tbsp. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. white Karo
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. candied cherries, cut in pieces
1/2 c. walnuts, cut in pieces

Combine first four ingredients. Cook over medium heat to softball stage. Remove from heat and set pan in cold water. When mixture has cooled. Beat until it starts to get creamy then add cherries and walnuts. If mixture is too thick add 1/2 teaspoon or more if needed of evaporated milk. Pour into buttered pan. Cut in squares. Makes 1 pound.
