1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream shortening, peanut butter. Add sugar, honey and beat. Add well beaten egg. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Mix. Form mixture into two rolls. Chill. Slice thin. Bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
