KAHLUA PECAN PIE 
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell, chilled
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. Kahlua
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. whole or chopped pecans

Set oven at 400°F. Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix well. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, milk and pecans. Mix well and pour into chilled crust.

Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 325°F and bake until firm (about 40 minutes). Chill. When ready to serve, garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves.

Serves 8 to 10.
