VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 to 3 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
Carrots, cooked and chopped
Potatoes, cooked and chopped
Ham, chopped (optional)
Apple, chopped
Dill pickle, chopped
Canned peas, drained
Parsnips, cooked and chopped
Onion, chopped
Miracle Whip

Combine all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate. Before serving, garnish with parsley.
