HUNTER'S HEARTY SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
6 c. water
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. carrots, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. mashed potato flakes

In a large saucepan, brown meat; drain excess fat. Add remaining ingredients except potato flakes. Bring soup to a boil and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in potato flakes and simmer an additional 5 minutes. Serves 6-8.
