3 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
4 c. pecans
3 orange rinds, cut into sm. strips
1 tbsp. vanilla

Boil sugar, milk and orange juice to soft ball stage. Add chopped nuts. Cut orange rinds into small strips and add. Beat all together. Add vanilla. Drop by spoonfuls onto buttered pan or waxed paper. Yields: 48 pieces.
