ORANGE CANDY 
3 c. sugar
1/3 c. Karo
Lump of butter
3 c. milk
Grated rind of 3 oranges
3 pecans

Cook sugar, milk (it really is 3 cups) and Karo until soft ball. Add nuts and orange rind, beat well. Boil to 225 degrees on candy thermometer. Add butter after removing from stove.
