ORANGE MARMALADE BREAD | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 2 eggs 1 (10 oz.) jar orange marmalade 2 3/4 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in marmalade. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with orange juice, mixing well after each addition. Stir in nuts. Spoon into greased 9"x5" loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before removing from pan. |
