FRIED CABBAGE & PASTA 
8 c. shredded coarse cabbage
1 c. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. shell noodles, cooked
1 lb. bologna ring, smoked sausage or Polish sausage

In a large skillet, cook cabbage and onion in 4 tablespoons of butter until lightly browned. Cook noodles, drain, and add to cabbage. Add 2 tablespoons butter and mix. Place sausage ring on top of mixture and simmer covered for 20 minutes or until hot.
