Brown lightly. Add: 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. uncooked minute rice 2 pkg. spinach, thawed & squeezed well 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Place half of meat-spinach mixture in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch casserole. Sprinkle half of cheese over. Add remainder of mixture and top with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 325 degrees for glass pan.
