SWEET AND SOUR CABBAGE 
1 small head cabbage, cut up
2 cups water
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1 onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar

Put cabbage, salt, caraway seeds and water in kettle. Cook until tender.

Sauté onion in butter until transparent. Add flour and sugar. Mix well; add vinegar and mix into cabbage. Simmer until cabbage is tender.
