POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 1 lb. bag hash browns, shredded or cubed
1/4 c. chopped onion, optional
6 tsp. butter melted
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. corn flakes crushed, optional

Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well. Put into a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Top with corn flakes and bake for 15 minutes more.
