MORE 
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 c. tomatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. peas
Parsley
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. chow mein noodles
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown rice, onion, parsley and ground beef. Add tomatoes, peas and mushrooms. Place in a casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Add a covering of chow mein noodles and brown for 5 more minutes.
