CLAM CHOWDER | |
2 c. nonfat milk 4 oz. clams, minced (reserve liquid) 1 c. corn 1 tbsp. flour 1 onion, diced 1 glove garlic, crushed Parsley Simmer onion and garlic in clam juice until tender. Add clams, corn and milk mixed with flour. Heat until thickened. Serve garnished with parsley. Serves 4. |
