SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked and drained butternut squash
1/2 c. milk
1/2 sm. onion
1/2 c. dry Ritz cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar

In bowl, combine squash, egg, milk, onion, sugar and crumbs. Pat in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. dry Ritz cracker crumbs

Top with buttered crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
