1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
9 c. cereal (Rice or Corn Chex or Crispix)

Melt chips, butter, peanut butter and butter. Pour over cereal and stir (needs to be large bowl).

Put into large bag and put 2 cups powdered sugar into bag and shake until coated. Can be stored in plastic container or Zip-loc bag.
